The company’s expanded managed SOC (security operations center) service involves monitoring a business’s systems around-the-clock in order to respond to cyberattacks before any critical data is harmed. This proactive approach is designed to keep the client’s information safe at all times, even during their business’s off-hours.

More information can be found here.

SubRosa’s cybersecurity platform now makes use of AI machine learning, allowing it to constantly improve so it can quickly identify potential signs of danger. This 24/7 solution includes agent response, asset recovery, vulnerability assessment, disturbance detection, behavioral monitoring, log management, and SIEM (security information and event management).

A recent study revealed that in 93% of cases, hackers are able to successfully breach an organization’s network and gain entry into its resources within just 2 days. The rate of cyberattacks has continued to steadily increase, and in 2021, the number of attacks grew by 15.1% compared to the previous year alone.

The company’s advanced software is capable of prioritizing and responding to various threats, including zero-day attacks. These types of attacks occur when there is an unknown vulnerability in the system and hackers exploit that weakness to damage programs, information, and networks.

With the platform’s event correlation and analysis functionality, the client will only see incidents that are significant. The incident response team will work to reduce false positives so the client can more effectively manage threat detection and response costs.

The managed SOC service can also help the client’s business to remain compliant with reporting for ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and SOX.

SubRosa has used its cybersecurity solutions to protect businesses from a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, financial institutions, healthcare, automotive, and eCommerce. In addition to its managed SOC service, the company provides a unified risk platform as well as a governance risk and compliance platform.

A spokesperson for the company said: “Lack of dedicated expertise can render your security tools useless while attackers sit undetected on your network. With SubRosa as your managed SOC partner, you’ll get all the capabilities of a next-generation managed SOC without the cost and headache of managing one yourself.”

PH pharma firm marks 80 years with new health, wellness offerings

Pascual Laboratories, Inc. is marking its 80th year in the Philippines with new health and wellness offerings and campaigns for several of its established brands. Founded in 1946 by Isosceles and Leonora Pascual, the company began by addressing what it described as the post-war health needs of fellow Filipinos. Eight decades later, it continues to expand its portfolio while commemorating the milestone under the theme “#GalingThatKeepsGoing.” Among the new offerings introduced this year are Alevia-B, which marks the company’s entry into the mobility market, and MyColla C, a food supplement combining marine collagen and vitamin C. Alevia-B combines paracetamol with vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (cyanocobalamin) in a single tablet. According to the company, the formulation is intended to help relieve mild to moderate muscle, joint or nerve-related pain while supporting normal nerve function. Paracetamol is a widely used first-line non-opioid analgesic for mild to moderate pain. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 are essential for normal nervous system function and contribute to neuronal metabolism and myelin maintenance. The company said the formulation brings together an analgesic component with neurotropic vitamins, offering a complementary approach to addressing different components of pain. The other new product, MyColla C, combines premium hydrolyzed marine collagen with vitamin C. The company said the collagen provides building blocks that help support skin health, including elasticity, hydration and firmness, while vitamin C is essential in producing and maintaining collagen. The combination supports normal collagen formation and structure when paired with proper diet and exercise. MyColla C is available in three formats: Strawberry Milk powdered drink sachets, unflavored sachets that can be mixed with drinks and chewable tablets. The anniversary year also includes new campaigns for several of the company’s flagship brands. Poten-Cee Vitamin C launched its “#CeeGe Lang” campaign, while Ascof Forte introduced a campaign focused on natural cough relief for various coughs not caused by bacterial infection. C-Lium Fibre unveiled its “#PowerTheSlay” campaign earlier this year, focusing on irregular bowel movement. Poten-Cee + C also highlights the combination of bovine and marine collagen through its “#MyGlowToChoice” campaign. As part of its 80th-anniversary activities, PascualLab also offered customers P80 Mercury Drug gift certificates for every accumulated purchase of P400 worth of PascualLab products. The company said more offerings are in the pipeline as it continues its anniversary year. From its beginnings in 1946, PascualLab has expanded its health and wellness portfolio to include products such as OraCare Mouthrinse, PelarGo and Glutaphos. Its 80th anniversary looks back on that history while emphasizing the company’s continuing efforts to address the health needs of Filipinos.
