As Gaelle Lebray approached her 40th birthday, the stockbroker and amateur triathlon champion found her relationship in shambles and her exhausting career in need of a pivot. So began a spiritual journey that led her to a “year of transformation” culminating in a career shift into coaching.

The inspirational coach has also been quick to help guide her clients through the unfolding CONVID-19 pandemic.

“During these unprecedented times, I’m working with my clients to give them certainty in times of uncertainty! A lot of people are feeling a magnified sense of isolation and despair, particularly if they are recently separated or divorced. I’m introducing a new program to support my clients through the pandemic.”
