As the master of ceremonies, you are responsible for the tone of the event and for the energy that you put out there,” Chan said in an interview with The Manila Times.    With the demands of her work, Chan considers scheduled breaks essential. I also find time to work out for one to two hours and treat myself to a really good massage at least once a week to help my body recover,” Marquez said.   His approach to self-care has evolved as he has become more conscious of his health.  “For me, self-care is a reward I give myself after a series of demanding schedules. Especially now that I’m not getting any younger anymore, I’ve learned to prioritize my health and wellness,” the actor noted.   Marquez was already a regular client of BlueWater Day Spa before becoming an ambassador.
