Beginning his career after graduating from the U of U, David was fortunate to work with Franklin Covey during the IPO. Working for some of the most effective and charismatic leaders of our time. Later David joined his family who owned and operated Allied Electric Sign Co.  working with business owners directly was a unique learning experience that has led to long term relationships.

Starting a coffee shop for his wife in 2003 David was able to use the knowledge he gained from working with similar owner clients to pull this off with great success. Later as an owner/agent with Farmers Insurance David gained valuable knowledge about the insurance industry and its relation to real estate. This experience has added to his understanding the many aspects of property transactions. 

Leveraging his keen eye for market trends and an in-depth understanding of the local area, David guides clients in making well-informed decisions. In addition, he stays abreast of the latest regulations and practices in his field, serving as an active member of the National Association of Realtors.
