Agra, Uttar Pradesh Jan 28, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The entrance of North 27, DoubleTree by Hilton Agra's famed restaurant, is decorated in shades of Goa and the decoration and the vibes transport you directly to Goa.

The ongoing Goan food festival here is a celebration of coastal flavours all the way from Goa and is curated by Executive Chef Ameet Rane who himself is from Goa.

Shyam Kumar, General Manager at the hotel says, "We have been continuously bringing the best of cuisines from across the globe to Agra, and this time its Goan cuisine. Goan cuisine is influenced by numerous cultures that it came into contact with over the centuries and therefore the food selection is very wide and is a mix of Portuguese, Arab, Brazilian, African, French, Konkan, Malabar & so on."
