Jefferson adds that Extract Engineering’s convenient location means clients no longer have to send their injectors and pumps to Preston or the Midlands for evaluation. Faster servicing equates to shorter downtimes, resulting in greater profits for transport companies.

The diesel injector is one of the most crucial components of an engine because it controls the amount of fuel introduced into the combustion chamber. If this part is faulty, issues such as misfires, poor fuel economy, and accelerated engine damage can occur.

Extract Engineering uses cutting-edge technology to assess and correct discrepancies with fuel injectors. Among the equipment it uses are the AVM2-PC and Hartridge Sabre CRI Expert diesel test benches. It is staffed by highly trained diesel specialists who are well-versed in all fuel injector issues.
